1. A payment of £ 50.00 registration need to be paid alongwith admission form. On receipt of form and registration fees, your child place will be secured with us and you will receive email confirmation.

2. Early termination: If you want to withdraw your child in the middle of the course/term, you will need to give a at least one month notice. You will no longer needs to pay any future payments. None of the payments will be refunded for past lessons or materials provided including registration fees.

3. Missed lesson: If a lesson is cancelled by Dhyey Tuition, then an extra lesson will be arranged to replace it. However, if a child misses a lesson, it is up to the parent to rebook the lesson in advance if alternative slot available. On an occasion when no further lesson slot is available, a copy of lesson material can be collected. Fees will not be refunded for any missed lesson.

4. Fees: Fees need to be paid on first day of every month. Late payment fees will be applicable. If we don’t receive fees on time, your child admission will be terminated without further warning. You need to do re-registration in this case and need to pay £50.00 to reactivate.

5. Refunds: Any paid fee including registration will not be refunded unless exceptional circumstances.

6. Homework: Parents are responsible to check homework. If you/your child has any questions regarding homework, you can call us or meet after the lesson.
